At 9:30 PM on a very hot Sunday evening in Loxahatchee, FL, our AC stopped working after a typical Florida lightning storm. I knew we had a serious problem because the compressor circuit breaker would trip immediately with a loud buzzing sound. After calling three other local HVAC companies, I finally reached Ryan at Tri County HVAC. He answered on the third ring, listened to what was happening, and was at my home within 20–30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as an internal compressor failure. Ryan was back at 6:30 AM the next morning to pick up the failed compressor, and then returned early that afternoon to install the new warranty compressor. While he was here, he also installed a dedicated surge protector for the condenser, a UV light to help prevent mold growth inside the air handler, and cleared and serviced the condensate drain. He did all of this while working with a smile in the brutal South Florida heat. I asked if I needed to contact Rheem about the warranty, and he told me he had already taken care of everything. He informed me that our compressor was covered under warranty through 2031, which saved us a significant amount of money. On top of all this, he informed me he will be stopping by tomorrow morning, to make sure everything is working as expected. This has, hands down, been one of the best service experiences we've had in years. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. It's rare to find this level of customer service today. I now know exactly who I'll be calling for all of our future HVAC needs, and I highly recommend Tri County HVAC to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its work.

Ryan and his team were amazing. We had our AC go out and he came out right away and was very nice and professional. He gave us several options but ultimately we decided to go with a new unit and he had us up and running later that day. They did a great job and at a fair price. I had several estimates previously and Tri-County was one of the best. Ryan was always easy to communicate with and very responsive. Ryan, owner of Tri-County HVAC, came to the house today to install a REME Halo and checked out my A/C system. He found mold and cleaned it out of the handier. Showed me the mold and checked vents inside my home to see if there was any mold. He educated me that the next time we need a new unit that we should also place a new REME Halo in the handler. He also educated me about when I should change the cell in the REME Halo just installed. He is going to follow up in two weeks to make sure everything is running well. Ryan and his business support the autism community and that makes his business one that this autistic family will support. As you can also see from my post, Ryan is very professional. My AC unit died during the Memorial Day weekend in Florida. It was near 85 degrees inside the house. I called Ryan from Tri-County HVAC and he was very  professional, flexible and down to earth. The fan in my outside unit stopped working early in the morning, in the middle of summer, hi temperature and humidity, obviously the house felt very warm. Called the company and talked with Ryan, he was very nice and engaging right away. Within an hour he was at the house checking the system, old unit, more than 15 years of action, a repair was optional and offered, but a change was needed. Ryan gave me the options, and we decided to upgrade our system. A couple of hours later his crew was at the house doing the changes, everything went very smoothly and the guys from the crew were good, organized and very clean. I initially called Ryan and crew to repair my air conditioner that was less than 2 years old (they did not do the initial install).  They did that repair perfectly, the A/C worked for another year but of course it decided to die again.  So I called Ryan and his team at Tri County HVAC to come check it out again, this time they replaced the coils for me.  Again, my air worked fine for another year.  Then recently it died for the 3rd time in less than 4 years.  After 4 sets of coils, recharging the system several times and this time a leak at the compressor I was irritated and said REPLACE IT! I called Ryan again (over 4th of July weekend) and he of course answered!  He is awesome that way!  He said he could get me a new unit and install it on Tuesday.  His crew came out Tuesday morning with a new Carrier unit to be installed.  They did a great job, they were clean, efficient and respectful.  At that time I unfortunately had a house full of guests as my mother in law was in the process of passing away.  The guys did a great job of allowing us to move around them as we needed to get in an out of her room.  I was so thankful to them for not only installing my new A/C unit (which works perfectly) and a new thermostat, but the politeness and respect they had for me and my family during a particularly difficult time. I needed a air conditioning guy to come out same day as my air conditioning stopped working Ryan the owner of TRI COUNTY HVAC came out he did an amazing job he was professional friendly and very honest and price was affordable. I have two units in my house so I got a brand new installed because the one who stopped was dead and instead of trying to convince me to buy another unit for the other one who barely worked  he fixed it so it can last for another year. I used this company just over a year ago to replace my old AC unit. It went bad in the middle of the night and they were able to come out the next day and replace the entire unit at an amazing price. Today, almost 13 months later, I come home from work on a Friday evening and my AC wasnt working. I call them up. He comes out at almost 9PM on a Friday to look at it. Its was a bad fuse outside at the unit. He replaces it and tell me I'm all set, then refuses to take my money. I cant recommend them enough. I've given his information out to several people and they have all been very happy with the work. I've lived in South Florida long enough to know that this kind of service is rare. I came home from work on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend to a hot house. Turns out that my a/c had stopped working and I had no idea why. After doing some quick research, I called Tri-County HVAC and within the hour they were at my house and had fixed my problem! To my astonishment, it did not cost me an arm and a leg to fix! I highly recommend Ryan and his crew. I called him out for a leak. Ryan went above and beyond when he recognized a bigger problem than just a little leak. I had water damage to some walls and he pointed me in the right direction to get it taken care of. He replaced my whole AC unit and rebuilt the stand. They didn't stop until everything was completed.
