At 9:30 PM on a very hot Sunday evening in Loxahatchee, FL, our AC stopped working after a typical Florida lightning storm. I knew we had a serious problem because the compressor circuit breaker would trip immediately with a loud buzzing sound. After calling three other local HVAC companies, I finally reached Ryan at Tri County HVAC. He answered on the third ring, listened to what was happening, and was at my home within 20–30 minutes. He quickly diagnosed the problem as an internal compressor failure. Ryan was back at 6:30 AM the next morning to pick up the failed compressor, and then returned early that afternoon to install the new warranty compressor. While he was here, he also installed a dedicated surge protector for the condenser, a UV light to help prevent mold growth inside the air handler, and cleared and serviced the condensate drain. He did all of this while working with a smile in the brutal South Florida heat. I asked if I needed to contact Rheem about the warranty, and he told me he had already taken care of everything. He informed me that our compressor was covered under warranty through 2031, which saved us a significant amount of money. On top of all this, he informed me he will be stopping by tomorrow morning, to make sure everything is working as expected. This has, hands down, been one of the best service experiences we've had in years. Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and incredibly responsive. It's rare to find this level of customer service today. I now know exactly who I'll be calling for all of our future HVAC needs, and I highly recommend Tri County HVAC to anyone looking for a company that truly stands behind its work.

Ryan from Tri-County HVAC is the ultimate professional and the definition of responsive- He answers immediately, he diagnosis the problems quickly, and has the problem fixed within hours not days. He provides clear communication, fair pricing, and actually shows up when he says he will. It is extremely rare to find a company, this attentive and genuinely committed to helping customers. Tri-County HVAC LLC was truly AMAZING! Ryan responded immediately to my call, arrived within minutes, diagnosed the issue, and had us on the way to a solution within half an hour! If I could I would give these guys 10 stars. This is my first experience with Ryan and his team, they are first class all the way. From the ease of scheduling online to the clear progress communications.  On time arrival and thoroughness of the job, every detail was pristine and accounted for. Ryan and his team were amazing. We had our AC go out and he came out right away and was very nice and professional. He gave us several options but ultimately we decided to go with a new unit and he had us up and running later that day. They did a great job and at a fair price. I had several estimates previously and Tri-County was one of the best. Ryan was always easy to communicate with and very responsive. I was refer to Ryan and his company by someone on Facebook.  She said you won't be disappointed and I truly have to say I was pretty amazed.  He came out right away and took care of the problem. Ryan, owner of Tri-County HVAC, came to the house today to install a REME Halo and checked out my A/C system. He found mold and cleaned it out of the handier. Showed me the mold and checked vents inside my home to see if there was any mold. He educated me that the next time we need a new unit that we should also place a new REME Halo in the handler. He also educated me about when I should change the cell in the REME Halo just installed. He is going to follow up in two weeks to make sure everything is running well. Ryan and his business support the autism community and that makes his business one that this autistic family will support. As you can also see from my post, Ryan is very professional. My AC was not cooling my house, so I called and spoke with Ryan at Tri-County HVAC. He came out on time and turns out we needed a new unit.
